- For custom items, you must verify spelling, names, and design approvals before production starts.
Pricing

- Customizations, material changes, finishing, and installation may affect pricing.
Payments
Payment method and schedule are communicated during order confirmation. For custom work, advance payment may be required.
Delivery and timelines
- Estimated timelines depend on design approval, materials, and workload.
- Delays due to courier/logistics, weather, third-party issues, or customer-side changes are not fully controllable by us.
Returns, replacements, and cancellations
- Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
